Daniel Carrera is a Cofounder of Unfold. Prior to Unfold, he was
a Software Engineer on Oracle's Generative AI team, where he served
as a technical lead on AI search, vector retrieval, and agentic
automation systems for one of the world's largest enterprise CRM
platforms. His work focused on bringing modern AI into legacy
business environments — turning fragmented enterprise documentation
into searchable knowledge systems, automating repetitive workflows,
and improving developer productivity. He holds a B.S. in Computer
Science from UC Santa Cruz and pursued graduate work in Machine
Learning at Georgia Tech.
